It's not really too far into the South it is below the Mason Dixon, and is a part of the Bible Belt. So what could it be? ahh, Not what, but where? It's where I am, in the middle of America's East Coast, North Carolina. It's not perfect, but that's an unuseable adjective anyway, so... It does have a higher insest rate, suprisingly enough, than West Virginia!, but that is unnoticable. Eventhough some of the locals last words are "HEY YALL! Watcg This!!" which is what he foolishly yellls, excuse me, hollars before he does something so stupid that...
The states location does add a lot to it's value too. It contains both of the two most attractive places we all love to go to enjoy nature. On our coatal side is a great piece of the Atlantic Ocean. On the other side of NC are our mountains. A good part of the Blue Ridge Parkway goes though here. The ridge is only a fraction of the amount of great forests we have to hike. Fortunatly I live in the middle in the Piedmont, the foothills, right in between the two, so... "A road trip? Should we swim or hike?" always a good pair of questions to hear asked.
Another nice part of the state is our well known universities. UNC, WFU, and Duke University are the most well known colleges; known for their basketball teams and intelligent students they help make a place in this world.
So in conclusion, don't froget although it is in the "Dirty South" (only technically) it's not as horrible as some of the other parts of the Bible are.
